Members in one system. Registrations in another. Email in a third.
The Friday export
Members, registrations and email pulled into a spreadsheet and matched by hand, before every board meeting and every renewal run.
Registrations that do not match dues
A lapsed member registers at the member rate. A current one pays the non-member price. Nobody notices until the invoice argument.
Renewal reminders to people who renewed
Email lives in one tool and payments in another, and the two have never met. Members get nudged to renew after renewing.
A conference that starts from zero
Registration runs on its own platform with its own list. Attendee history never reaches the member record, so next year starts blind.
One system replaced in 90 days.
I learn how your organization runs and where the lists disagree. Then I put your members, registrations and payments in one record you own, and get the first tools working on it.
One system, in your name, live by day 90. If it is not, the last month is on me.
After that I keep it running, fixed and backed up, and build the next thing with you. You get a written update every week.
Nothing gets ripped out on day one.
If your members live in an AMS, it can stay. I build the site, the conference tools and the cleanup around it, so your systems finally agree.

MOVE Chamber
Chamber of commerce
Membership was spread across GlueUp, Stripe and GoHighLevel. The first job was one database the chamber owns. Then the member portal, conference site, ticketing, door check-in, payments and email on top of it. Staff publish their own changes.
Their September conference ran on an app I built: the program, floor maps, personal agendas, passes scanned at the desk, and push notifications. It is on the App Store and Google Play.
The events platform its attendees and staff use. It runs on its own database, after moving off a vendor backend.
What people ask first.
Do I have to leave my AMS?
No. Nothing gets ripped out on day one. If your AMS holds your members and takes dues, it stays. I build what sits around it and make your systems agree.
Who owns it?
You do. The code, the database, the hosting and every account are in your organization’s name from day one. If we part ways, you keep everything.
What does it cost?
A fixed price for the scope we agree, in writing after one call. No hourly meter. If it is not live by day 90, the last month is on me.
Can you just fix the website?
Yes. A new site is the smallest version of the same work. It takes weeks, not months, and you own it the same way.
