These terms cover your use of mkbuilds.dev. MK Builds LLC runs it, and “I” means MK Builds LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What is mine
The text, code, drawings and design of the site belong to MK Builds LLC or the people who licensed them to me. You may read and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish or resell its content without my written permission.
Client work
Some pages show work I built for clients. Their names, logos and screens belong to them and are shown with their permission to describe the work. Showing them does not mean they endorse anything else on the site.
No promises from the site itself
The site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate and online, but I make no warranty that it is complete, correct or always available. Anything I agree to do for you is set out in a written agreement, not on this site.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, MK Builds LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from not being able to use it.
Your use of the site
Please do not try to break the site, overload the contact form or use it to send spam. If your use of the site causes a claim against MK Builds LLC, you agree to cover the cost of it.
Law
Virginia law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Changes
If I change these terms, I update them here and change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
