The program and the floor map.
One program.
Every phone current.
The program lives in one place. A change reaches every phone in about a minute, with no new release.
Everything is saved on the phone too. Hotel wifi gives out when everyone arrives at once.
What got built

The full program.
Three days, filtered by track, each session with its time and room. When a room changes, the phone has it without an app update.

Saturday’s program in the app. Floor maps from the hotel’s plans.
The maps are drawn from the hotel’s own floor plan. Tap a room to see what is on there.

The ballroom level of the venue. A personal agenda.
Star a session and it joins your agenda. The agenda is saved on the phone and works offline.

Two sessions saved for Saturday. A pass for the desk.
Attendees sign in once with their email. The pass then works with no signal, ready to scan at the desk.

Signing in to the pass. On every phone.
The app is on the App Store and Google Play. The web version asks to be added to the home screen.

The web version’s install screen.
CDAC 2026
ran on it.
The program, maps, agendas, passes and push notifications carried the September conference. Staff sent announcements from their own phones.
Needs a fact: what CDA said after the conference, in words they approve.
Needs a fact: confirm the App Store and Google Play listings have moved to CDA’s own accounts, so “owned by CDA” covers every piece.
